Vegas patrons just can't get enough Asian Fusion. Ah Sin specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine with French culinary flare. You can move from Thai noodles to Chinese Szechuan beef to a Japanese spider roll to a French dessert in a matter of minutes. The availability of indoor and outdoor seating is also a plus, especially in Vegas where it sometimes feels like you can walk from one end of the strip to the other without ever going outside. Tableside theatrics

+1 702 732 5334
http://www.benihana.com/
This spot has stood the test of time. One of the original "themed" restaurants, it has been here for more than 30 years (since the hotel was known as the International). One of its claims to fame, of course, is the exhibition-style Teppanyaki preparation and cooking your selection of beef, chicken or fish at your tableside. Reservations are recommended, but if you have to wait, the Kabuki Lounge offers great atmosphere and exotic drinks. This is not just another Japanese restaurant, but a true fantasyland adventure, complete with realistic thunderstorms, waterfalls and magnificent aquariums.

Chinatown Plaza

No Trouble in Little China
4255 Spring Mountain Road
Las Vegas, NV 89109
United States
+1 702 221 8448
http://lvchinatown.com/
Las Vegas has the only master planned Chinatown built on a strip mall. Chinatown Plaza is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Las Vegas and one of the only places that touts a particular ethnicity. The Plaza boasts many Asian arts and crafts shops, gift stores, a bakery, a Chinese herb shop, a jade store and a plant store where you can get a lucky money tree. Signs placed throughout the area contain factual information about Chinese art and history, so it's a good place to learn a few things in passing. The food is the best reason to visit this attraction, though. You may sample Filipino, Korean, Japanese or Vietnamese specialties in addition to the traditional Chinese fare. Come on down and try a cold Taiwanese boba tea, some pho noodle soup or some fresh sushi! - Marilee Ryan

The short ribs also get raves, and the wine list is impressive. You can mix and match from the a la carte menu or be served family-style. Private dining is also available.

Start things off right with a Gyoza appetizer (ground pork and vegetable wrapped in wanton skin and pan fried). Then try the Hamada Special with broiled salmon, chicken teriyaki, beef, a tuna poki salad, shrimp tempura, an egg roll and a spicy tuna roll. If that's not enough, wash it all down with the Japanese Parfait dessert of sweetened red beans, mixed fruits with Japanese gelatin and your choice of ice cream. After all the popularity it received in L.A., Sushi Roku has ventured into Las Vegas. The interiors have a Zen like ambience and the food of course is Modern Japanese. You'll find appetizers, such as Oshinko, which is a dish of pickeled Japanese vegetables. At the sushi bar, try out the wide assortment of sushi dishes. For entrées, you can go with the Teriyaki or Tempura. If you can't make up your mind, you can go ahead with the daily specials. There is also a list of beverages to choose from. The Red Sun is a beer especially brewed for Sushi Roku.

This great eatery is simply yet delightfully decorated and has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. For an appetizer, try the Kai Sakamushi, steamed clams with Sake. The entree portion of the menu has many combination dinners with seafood, poultry, pork and beef. If you can't decide, the Tokyo Deluxe Dinner would be an excellent choice. It includes appetizer, chicken, beef, sashimi and sushi, with soup, dessert and tea. Your favorite cocktail, Japanese and domestic beer, Sake and Plum Wine are available.
