Vegas's Namesake?

Las Vegas, NV 89109
United States

Vegas patrons just can't get enough Asian Fusion. Ah Sin specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine with French culinary flare. You can move from Thai noodles to Chinese Szechuan beef to a Japanese spider roll to a French dessert in a matter of minutes. The availability of indoor and outdoor seating is also a plus, especially in Vegas where it sometimes feels like you can walk from one end of the strip to the other without ever going outside. Ah Sin is located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel. Call for details.

The cuisine at Red 8 shows influences from traditional Cantonese, Malaysian and Thai cooking. Chef Hisham Johari blends these flavors to create unique contemporary flavors. To start you might try the Ox Tail Soup, Potatoes, and Crispy Shallots. Then if one of the many noodle soups doesn't strike your fancy, you might try the Roast Duck and Roast Pork Combo, Seabass Congee, or Singapore Curry Rice Vermicelli with shredded pork, shrimp, egg and bean sprouts. And lastly, the Mango Pudding makes a nice, light dessert. Red 8 also offers a casual, elegant and inviting atmosphere. See website for a full menu. This restaurant is located in the Wynn Las Vegas.
