Relax and dine in the Moroccan-inspired restaurant at the Hyatt Regency. Choose from items such as Brioche French Toast (USD8.25), Lamb Kefta Kabob or Moroccan-Spiced Prime Filet of Beef. A seafood buffet is served on Friday nights; reservations are recommended. The breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday costs. There is a full bar with wines by glass and bottles. Dine inside or on the patio; poolside or lake view seating is available.

On Friday or Saturday nights, belly dancers perform with authentic Persian music. The meals start with fresh pita bread served Persian style with butter and onions. Salads are served next, with one of the most popular being the Salad Shirazi. Steak, lamb and ground beef kabobs are some of the delicious entrees. For a larger meal, try the Fesanjun, a chicken breast in a wonderful pomegranate walnut sauce. For dessert, enjoy the sweet Baklava. Wine, served by the glass, complements your meal.

From those humble beginnings in 1988, it has risen to become the place to go for Mediterranean food (and many varieties of relaxing hookah flavors) in Las Vegas. The Mediterranean Cafe & Hookah Lounge offers a variety of delicious dishes from all around the Mediterranean region, including Greece, Iran, Turkey and Lebanon. Menu selections include moussaka, gyros, pita sandwiches, and various meat kabobs. Before you leave, be sure to check out the adjoining original market, which is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for preparing your own aromatic Mediterranean dishes. The lounge is open M-Th 5p-1a; F-Sa 5p-3a. Another location at 8380 West Sahara Avenue.
