Located within the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, this eatery offers delicacies created under the care of chef Joel Robuchon. The name of this restaurant means "workshop" in French and every dish served here is inarguably a work of art. Try the much recommended Le Rumsteack en Tartare et ses Frites à L'ancienne (Steak Tartar), or the L'Agneau en Carré Doré a la Fleur de Thym (miniature lamb chops). If you are visiting this place with friends, try the Menu Decouverte—it offers small portions of several dishes and lets you discover what you like best among the various options.
