Vegas patrons just can't get enough Asian Fusion. Ah Sin specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine with French culinary flare. You can move from Thai noodles to Chinese Szechuan beef to a Japanese spider roll to a French dessert in a matter of minutes. The availability of indoor and outdoor seating is also a plus, especially in Vegas where it sometimes feels like you can walk from one end of the strip to the other without ever going outside. Ah Sin is located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel. Call for details. Review © 2009, Wcities |

No Trouble in Little China |

Las Vegas has the only master planned Chinatown built on a strip mall. Chinatown Plaza is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Las Vegas and one of the only places that touts a particular ethnicity. The Plaza boasts many Asian arts and crafts shops, gift stores, a bakery, a Chinese herb shop, a jade store and a plant store where you can get a lucky money tree. Signs placed throughout the area contain factual information about Chinese art and history, so it's a good place to learn a few things in passing. The food is the best reason to visit this attraction, though. You may sample Filipino, Korean, Japanese or Vietnamese specialties in addition to the traditional Chinese fare. Come on down and try a cold Taiwanese boba tea, some pho noodle soup or some fresh sushi! - Marilee Ryan Review © 2009, Wcities |
