Tao epitomizes the decadent excess that is Las Vegas. The restaurant/nightclub is simply stunning, from the cascading waterfalls to the rose petal-filled pools to the 16-foot Buddha statue, the surroundings set a standard that the menu fully lives up to. At Tao your palate is in good hands. The menu features pan-Asian dishes, mixing Hong Kong Chinese, Japanese, and Thai creating an eclectic menu. Try the Alaskan Salmon and Avocado with Yuzu Sesame dressing or the Grilled Rare Yellow-fin Tuna with flash cooked Bean Sprouts and Scallions, which are both memorable dishes.
