This venue is located in the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa. The menu features Linguine with Clams, Primavera Risotti (with vegetable medley and pecorino cheese), Pollo al Carciofi (chicken filets sauteed with artichokes in lemon white wine sauce), and Tagliata alla Toscana (grilled prime 12 oz strip loin steak, sliced on top of grilled radicchio, with balsamic and melted parmasean).
