This is an authentic Irish pub, in the truest sense; manufactured in Ireland, dismantled and reassembled here at the Marriot. Live Irish music is featured here several nights a week. Host to a variety of comedy and musical shows throughout the year, the Jubilee! Theater is best known for putting on one of the longest running topless production shows in town, and one of the best. In the span of 90-minutes, you will be treated to nearly 100 performers wearing more than 1000 costumes during the show. Beautiful showgirls balance oversized headpieces gracefully to the delight of the audience. Dazzling special effects include "The Destruction of the Temple of Sampson" and "The Sinking of the Titanic." Tickets range from USD53.50-USD70. The Jubilee! Theater is located in Bally's Casino Resort. You must be 18 or older to attend.

Star Trek enthusiasts will go galactic over Quarks Bar & Restaurant, located in the Las Vegas Hilton. Regular earthlings will also enjoy, although the food and atmosphere is tailored to Trekkies, with seating under a star-field with life-sized spaceships. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks, including salads, burgers, and seafood, all with a Star Trek twist. Choose from Pre-launch appetizers such as Fried Pipius Claws (known on earth as boneless chicken wings) and desserts such as Cardassian Creme Brulee. The restaurant seats 200, and is part of Star Trek: The Experience. Eat here on your way to a launch, or just stop by to have a Plasma Disruption at the bar (it's a drink).

This fun place has won the Critic's Award for Best Place to Dance and Best New Hotel Restaurant given by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Mandalay Bay Resort houses a refreshing two-story jungle complete with waterfalls and the world's largest rum bar. The Lava Flow is a flaming volcano-bowl filled with dark rum, crushed pineapple, mango, brandy and orange juice. Try the Fire Pit, an eight-course meal including skewered kabobs of meat.

Located at the top of the Rio Hotel, this restaurant and nightclub offers some of the most spectacular views of Las Vegas. Diners will enjoy the subdued lighting and elevated booth seating in the restaurant. The nightclub offers all varieties of hard liquor, wines and beers. Menu selections include Backfin blue crab cake, frog legs and Louisiana oysters. An excellent choice is the porterhouse steak with Jack Daniels sauce or the grilled black pepper chicken. There is also a small gift shop where you can purchase a logo T-shirt, or even a "voodoo doll" complete with pins.
