Star Trek enthusiasts will go galactic over Quarks Bar & Restaurant, located in the Las Vegas Hilton. Regular earthlings will also enjoy, although the food and atmosphere is tailored to Trekkies, with seating under a star-field with life-sized spaceships. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks, including salads, burgers, and seafood, all with a Star Trek twist.
