Operated by Raymond Wong, this Chinese restaurant is more than a decade old and its seasonal menu lists a four course meal starting with Special Shredded Duck Soup. It also offers a modern take on steak called the Sizzling Fillet Steak Cantonese. With its large, modern premises and classy all-day menu, Quid Pro Quo is a slight notch above the usual wine bar. The menu is delicious and imaginative, but pricy. Salads are the first real attention-grabber - choose from warm duck or deep-fried Brie. The superb main menu offers everything from Thai red chicken curry to lamb shank with rosemary.
