In addition to the classes available for beginners to seasoned shapers, there is well-equipped gym, steam sauna, sunbed and shower on offer. The fully qualified instructors are extremely friendly and can advise on reaching your personal fitness goal. For ladies over 50, there are special classes for relaxation, body tone, flexibility and suppleness. Prices vary.

The parkland course allows manual and electric trolleys and clubs can be hired inexpensively. Basic membership consists of play from Monday through Friday.
