Like its fellow French export, Agnes B, APC is all about the basics: clean lines, simple materials and stunning style. The hipster trousers here, for both men and women, are straight and a perfect fit, unless you are petite when a small hem might be required. Some of the coats are a bit military, but that's a question of taste. There's always a small collection of groovy street wear. Of course, there's the range of seemingly disparate accessories, from CDs to olive oil with the common thread being effortless chic. The men's collection has been moved to a shop of its own at 43 All Saints Road, London W11 1HE (+44 20 7221 0884).
