An unassuming entrance yields to deep, church-like interiors, with pew-like seats and a dark wood bar, which create quite an eerie ambience in this basement venue. However, once alive with noisy crowds, it is transformed into one of the coolest eating spots in town. Crunchy little bites wait beside a glass of Chapel Down Bacchus or Pendarves Verdelho to be picked up by eager fingers. More French food comes in the form of delicious Steak Tartare, Moules & Frites and Crème Broulee. The international wine list is very, very long, and it can be quite tough to keep track of the number of shots going down. But, with the great rates, yummy finger food and humming activity, who's complaining?
