"Residing in the former garden ballroom of Holland House, there is still a great sense of occasion to dining at The Belvedere. An unrivalled setting amid verdant parkland, peacocks, and opera music from the open-air theatre soaring into balmy summer evenings, makes this restaurant the pick of many a well-heeled Holland Parker. Acquired by illustrious restaurateur, the Belvedere is the last word in contemporary elegance courtesy of sought-after designer David Collins, whose touch is trademarked in Marco Pierre White's restaurants. Indeed, comparisons with the Mirabelle abound. Service is usually slick, and the seafood is exemplary among the modern European cuisine; try ceviche of sea scallops with chives and ginger, or escalope of salt cod proven硬e.
