Be prepared to queue at night with East End hipsters, clubbers, cabbies and all other kinds of hungry bagel-lovers - just remind yourself that those in front of you are there for good reason. The chewy, often still warm bagels are worth the wait. All of the expected fillings are available (salt beef, pastrami, cream cheese etc.) and there are also cloyingly sweet cakes and pastries. A London institution.
