Burberry is famous for its distinctive beige, brown and red check, as well as its raincoats which are a beeline attraction for tourists. However, the label has enjoyed increasingly fashionable status of late, with a revamped image and range. Its bikinis, court shoes and trench coats are just as likely to be snapped up by youthful fashionistas as by middle-aged Japanese businesswomen and American tourists who are ever-faithful to the brand. The Burberry House has a whole range of merchandise including handbags, teddy bears, scarves and umbrellas, trademarking proudly British styles made from the finest English fabrics.
