Part of the London Buddhist Centre, this charming café makes for a soothing escape from the bustle of the East End. There is a broad selection of teas and homemade cakes, along with more substantial vegetarian savory dishes which are inexpensive and tasty. For example the Vegetables in Peanut Sauce served with bulgar wheat. The Cherry Orchard is unlicensed - corkage is GBP1. It also has a non-smoking policy.
