Enter this gigantic gastronomic tent for a modern spectacle of the neutral colour scheme and contemporary cuisine kind. The David Chipperfield interior could be compared with a stylish Japanese air lounge. Lunch is popular with the media crowd, and dinner is popular with anyone who loves late hours - last time to order for food is midnight. The bar food views the continent through a fast food lens - hot dogs, rocket and parmesan salad and steak sandwiches. The restaurant, however, offers plenty of comforting classics like French onion soup on top of its modern European menu, featuring seared foie gras, pan-fired risotto with smoked haddock and soft-poached egg, and delectable desserts.
