The Coal Hole is pretty much your average pub really. The decor is nothing spectacular and has the typical traditional English pub feel to it, but it is comfortable nonetheless. There's the usual selection of drinks at the usual prices. Given its location, the pub draws in many theatre-goers and the atmosphere is relaxed and aided by the jazz and easy-listening tunes that waft from the speakers.
