Bright and airy, Le Colombier is like a breath of French air that has blown across the Channel. Le Colombier excels in expertly prepared traditional cuisine. You will encounter a few old friends on the menu, such as Soupe de Poisson (fish soup), Rillette d'Oie (potted goose pâté) and Rôti de Lotte (monkfish), and with accompaniments like French beans and fries you really have found les plaisirs de la table.
