How'd you like to watch your meal being prepared while you sit back and relax? This comfy restaurant offers you just that. Modern and luxurious, it sets the mood for the offerings on the menu. Start with Fresh Mackerel poached in Wine, follow up with Chinese Duck with Egg Fried Noodles, Crisp Fried Mullet with Red Curry and Tamarind Dressing and wind up with one of their diet-breaking desserts. Very British fare, with a hint of the Orient! The spirit list has a decent enough selection and the staff emulate the mannerisms of the staid British, mixed with the Chinese politesse.
