Top celebrity chef Marco Pierre White has chosen a remarkable venue for one of his restaurants. With mosaics, heavy swags, vaulted ceilings and outsized mirrors, it is unquestionably opulent and classy - but the style is more of a trendy restaurant than an haute cuisine establishment.
