You can really participate in anything here, whether it be modern dance and yoga, or kick-boxing and martial arts. Check out the wide range of Latino dancing, including salsa, flamenco, lambada and capoeira. Most of the classes held in the ground-floor studio are drop-in and multi-level, so you don't need to worry about your lack of ability. There are other studios on the upper floors, but they are mostly for private use. Membership is available for £75-a-year.
