Innaugurated in 1994, this was actually a hangout for neighbourhood artists, and now more than 10 years later, it has become an established cafe-cum-restaurant. You'll still find work of artists put up on display. Step in for a hearty breakfast or lunch (you can never go wrong with the Foodseared Northern Albacore with Fennel and Tomato).
