Modern, British organic fare is served in what is allegedly the first and best pub of its kind. You might have expected a more earthy variety of pub to match the healthy food options, but to all intents and purposes this is an ordinary-looking pub with a relaxed atmosphere. Meat, poultry, grilled vegetables, fish cakes and everything you'd expect from a top gastro-pub - and the fresh produce is all organic. The menu changes often to accommodate in season vegetables.
