The Elbow Room takes the humble pool hall to heady new heights. At £6-£9 an hour, it's easily one of the most expensive places to shoot pool in this town. But the punters that congregate in this plush den do not complain. In fact, since it's habitually busy, they are happy to wait patiently at the bar for their turn on the purple-baized tables.
