El Parador is a tapas bar in the Camden area of London which has been running for nearly 20 years. Tapas come from the Andalucian part of Spain and are traditionally bite sized portions of food.� It has a lovely, simple, and friendly family atmosphere with a pretty garden ideal for eating outside and forgetting that you are in the centre of London. A popular restaurant, the food is excellent and varied with squid, duck, and a wide range of vegetarian options as well as an extensive wine list.
