Embargo makes an effort with its interior, and it manages to create a classier feel than many other small clubs. The most notable feature is the candlelit chill-out room but be sure to check out the poles on the dance floor too. Saturday night is the noteworthy 70s night, whilst the rest of the time music takes the form of the standard house/garage fare. Embargo is frequented mostly by Chelsea folk in their twenties, who fill the place up quickly at weekends to create a lively, fun and unpretentious atmosphere.
