Alan Yau, creator of Hakkasan, has blended both classic style and contemporary colours to create this impressive cafe. Specialising in authentic Chinese cuisine, the restaurant offers a dim-sum speciality in the afternoons. Further highlights from the menu are Roasted Silver Cod with Champagne and Chinese honey and Roasted Mango Duck with lemon sauce. However, rumour has it that the waiters are a bit snooty.
