Each September and October, the London Pearly Society celebrates cherished Cockney icons during their Harvest Festivals. The parade takes place on the last Sunday in September, and another festival is held at St. Paul's Church in October (check the website for updated information). In addition, the Pearly Kings and Queens Association holds its own special festival the first Sunday in October at St. Martin-in-the-Fields. The organization assists in various fundraising activities throughout the year and gather together for this Festival dressed in their traditional buttoned suits.
