Open from 7a, this 25-metre pool is popular with early birds and families. Throw the little ones in the kid's pool and after your swim enjoy a workout in the new £500,000 gym. Other facilities include a sauna and sunbeds. Swimming classes for beginners, babies and toddlers are also available.
