This avant-garde institute, usually referred to as the ICA (Institute Of Contemporary Arts), hosts everything from talks and art exhibitions to films and theatrical productions. Regular club and film nights happen here also, and the bar is one of the grooviest places to hangout in town. That said, the bar is great for people watching.
