Being a part of the 400-yr-old Royal Exchange, the clientele of this restaurant boasts of happy bankers and city suits. This modern Chinese restaurant has also received a number of kudos for its impeccable food. A standout choice for the main course would be The Steamed Sea Bass with ginger and spring onion. Three set menus and a la carte are also available. The lavish private dining room is a good choice for groups of 16-25.
