The food store within the Japan Centre houses some of the best of the basic Japanese favourites. Noodles, green tea, seaweed, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce are some of the staples available, but you can also find frozen meat and a selection of ready-made sushi and bento boxes. In addition, the Japan Centre functions as a bookshop, an accommodation and recruitment service, providing friendly service and support to Japanese residents, students and visitors in London as well as to others with an interest in all things Japanese.
