In an ever-increasing sea of beauty salons and alternative health centres, Joy Weston remains one of the friendliest and best value for money. The entrance is informal, with a range of E'spa products and various cosmetics displayed as well as the nail bar in full view (yes, they've had a nail bar since the beginning, way before the onslaught of nail bars in London). The menu of treatments is broad and includes massage, lymphatic drainage, facials, non-surgical face lifts, hair removal, algae wraps. They are all wonderful and fairly affordable.
