This is a favourite with city workers and offers the choice of working out or playing squash on one of the nine courts. There are also two large conservatories and outside seating on a pleasant patio. The club is only open on weekdays, which reflects its clientele's schedule. At the weekend, members can use other Fitness Exchange clubs, such as Cottons or Thomas More. The gym is open-plan and personal trainers are available on request.
