Built in 1828, The Lanesborough is one of London's most traditional hotels. Meticulously restored to its former glory in 1991, guests can appreciate the hotel's history while taking advantage of its many amenities. One of the city's best getaways, it is ideally situated on Hyde Park Corner, five minutes from Buckingham Palace and close to both Knightsbridge and the thriving West End. Want a drink? Try the nearby Dorchester Bar or The Only Running Footman. For a bite to eat there's Pétrus and the Boxwood Café. Lovers of high tea will also be happy to find that the Lanesborough Hotel Tea Room is one of the best in the city.
