This Award wining restaurant has acclaimed nothing but huge laurels by some of Britain's top food critics. Brett Graham's award winning 'Ledbury' offers some of the best in contemporary food. The atmosphere is airy and relaxed, the decor is beautifully styled and it has wonderful presentation. The food excellent with a variety of dishes on the menu.Some of the dishes worth trying are the Fillet of Sea Bream with Pumpkin and Mandarin Purée and Hand Rolled Macaronis Stuffed with Crab and Ginger, Roast Zander with Comté, Cèpes and a Potato wrapped in Lardo Di Colonnata & the Crisp Pressed Suckling Pig with Spring Onions, Mangosteens and a Salsify and Ham Beignet.
