If you get sick and tired of all those trendy Notting Hill bars, then you might want to consider having a pint (draught beers from around £2.10) at The Leinster, a lively, highly unpretentious pub. Popular with both tourists and locals, it has a terrace outside for when the sun is shining, whilst inside there's a big-screen TV for sports, lots of big leather chairs and a well thought-out design that lets revellers on the upper floor look out over the main bar below. Food is served midday-3pm and 5pm-9pm, and the menu offers a choice of pub food such as burgers and sandwiches as well as a good selection of vegetarian dishes. The fish and chips are fantastic.
