When the 'London Outstanding Chef of the Year 2000' is the chef in this eatery, it's needless to say that the crowds keep streaming in to feast on this Irish man's contemporary British creations. The Brown Shrimp and the Pork Belly are favorites. When in doubt, go with one of the two seven-course menus. Vegetarians need not be dismayed – there is also a vegan option. The exclusive wine list offers meager quantities, unless you're willing to shell out some extra pounds.
