A golden oldie |
Wellington Street London, London WC2E 7DA +44 870 606 3441 |
The Lyceum Theatre was built in the 1700's, so it's a golden oldie in terms of London theatres. The theatre holds just over 2000 people, and will be showing the theatrical version of The Lion King for at least the next two years. Tickets cost GBP 15-40, but it's very difficult to advance book any tickets for the next few months. Each day at noon a handful of tickets are released at the box office for that day's performance. To get hold of these, you have to go to the theatre in person, and there's a maximum of two tickets per person. Review © 2009, Wcities |
