This event, usually at the end of May each year, has now been in existence for well over 20 years. One of London's first holistic events, it's still going strong with a wide range of stalls, workshops, talks and demonstrations. Whether you want to know more about different kinds of yoga, which vitamins you should be taking, how to meditate and the basis of crystals or feng shui, you'll be able to find it all under this one roof.
