Conveyor belt sushi bar |
Liverpool Street Unit 24, Liverpool Street Station London EC2M 7QH +44 20 7247 3227 http://www.moshimoshi.co.uk/ |
Moshi Moshi is the ultimate sushi bar, and a pioneer of conveyor-belt dining in London. It is a perfect lunch or early evening stop for busy City executives working near Liverpool Street Station. As you would expect from a station-based eatery, the decor is strictly functional and does not inspire lingering over drinks or green teas once the meal is over. The sushi and sashimi is generally good quality, although it can be a little lacking in imagination. Nonetheless, you'll be tempted to keep on lifting plates off the conveyor belt which dominates the room. Each plate costs between £2 and £6 depending on the type of dish. The tuna or the California rolls are always a good bet. Other branches at 7-8 Limeburner Lane, EC4 and Cabot Place East, Canary Wharf, E14. Review © 2009, Wcities |
