NikeTown hosts these fun runs every week to help Londoners shake off those office blues. All you need to do is to get to the ground floor of the shop by 6p on a Tuesday for registration, the warm-up session starts at 6.15p and runners leave the store at 6.30p prompt. You can choose your length of run from three, five and eight miles, and although each route varies, they generally head out towards Regent's Park. Entry to the runs is free - they are open to all levels; are led by instructors and maps are also available. Each run finishes back in Nike Town at around 7.30p where complimentary refreshments are offered.
