Expert Chef Bjorn van der Horst serves up meat, fish and poultry delights to his faithful patrons at his new restaurant. The quaint French interiors of the eatery, its neatly set tables, well-lit ceiling and pretty wall-frames create an almost irresistible ambiance of a quiet country bistro. A la carte, tasting and set lunch menus feature such dishes as Berkshire crayfish, Welsh lamb, Veal carpaccio and Braised rabbit. Peach Melba, Fromage Blanc Soufflé and a sinful, chocolaty Araguani Baba are part of the scrumptious dessert menu. Guests can pair their meal with one of the excellent sparkles or stills, in white and red, from the extensive bar list. A private dining room is also available for hire, and can host up to 70 distinguished guests at a time.
