Londoners, rejoice! Noura's latest addition on Jermyn Street has plenty to offer the gourmand, in terms of Lebanese and Western Mediterranean cuisine. Separate menus for regular diners and theatre fans include a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. Choose from hot and cold mezzes, falafel, platters of stewed chunks of lamb, chicken and greens, traditional shawarmas, grills and spicy fish preparations. Several names on the menu may be hard to pronounce, but are a delight to the taste buds. Keep enough space at dessert to partake of the baklawa, or the mouhallabieh—Lebanese pudding. Live global music pulsates through the venue as the week progresses, and valet parking accommodates all of the 150 guests' vehicles. One can even rent this classy, chic venue for a private event.
