One-O-One is one of the four restaurants in the stately Sheraton Park Tower. Voted as 'Best Fish Restaurant' by Square Meal for four years in a row, and as 'London's Best Fish Restaurant' by Hardens in 2004, this is the ideal venue for seafood. Indulge in the signature dish - Seabass encrusted in Brittany Rock Salt – which is creatively prepared by Executive Chef Pascal Proyart.
