The Orangery is very much a City workers' bar, with rather a middle-aged air. The interior is stylish in a lots-of-marble-and-brass type of way, and is also very comfortable. The standard range of drinks and bar snacks (essentially sandwiches) are available for average prices. Unsurprisingly, given the location, the bar attracts mainly City workers, although others have been known to pop in for a drink or two. The atmosphere is pleasant and agreeable, but you might feel out of place if not in a suit. Part of the Jamies chain. Review © 2009, Wcities |
