A far cry from the Golden Dragon takeaway on your local high street, the Dorchester's Chinese restaurant's dignified dining room has been decked out with the utmost taste, combining hauteur styling with Eastern exoticism. As such, its only appropriate to try something a little different and, inevitably, a little more expensive because the prices fit both the food and the surroundings. The shark fin soup is perfect for those that like something with a little (ahem) bite.
