Specialising in kickboxing and personal training, this newly refurbished gym has sandblasted walls, a Stateside feel, friendly staff and a pleasantly mixed clientele of East Londoners - including the occasional famous face. One-on-one training is also available, costing from £30 a session. Personal training comes either with kickboxing or on its own - and staff can tailor classes to your individual needs.
