An award-winning restaurant, The Providores serves fusion food from around the globe, specifically drawing influences and inspiration from the Middle East and Mediterranean into Asia and the Pacific. Examples of past entrees include Truffled Sake Soy Risotto, Roast Suffolk Cross Lamb, and Roast Organic Exmoor Duck Breast. The Providores also provides a wide selection of wines, several from New Zealand. Located on the ground floor, the Tapa Room includes an extensive wine bar, Tapas, meals throughout the day and a large breakfast bar. Start your day at the Tapa Room with French Toast stuffed with cinnamon ricotta or Sweetcorn and Blueberry Fritters. Stay for lunch and dinner and enjoy an entree such as the Grilled Scottish Scallop or Pan-fried Cod.
